Production Time

 

All Lauburu products are made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order is shipped.

 

Shipping & Delivery

 

We ship Australia-wide and internationally. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

 

Australia: 3–7 business days

International: 10–21 business days

 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier.

 

Order Tracking

 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your order through our carrier's website.

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. As our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.

 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
